The concept for our CNNC design is the idea of “subtle approach to surprise”. Throughout the entire CNNC space there are a number of subtle moments that appear everywhere from the small specialized foliage in offices to the grand cultural gallery of artwork applied to the rooftops of first floor rooms. main goals to apply to our design, they include:
*Strong expression in small scale
*Balance and
*Connection

To implement these goals we:
*Used vibrant colors and materials in small amounts
*Create balance by contrasting colors, textures, and special arrangements and
*Create connections to nature, cultures, and spaces by utilizing natural light, shrubbery and artwork.
